EXPONET-DS Suspension

Composition:- PCM 250mg + Phenylepherine 5mg + Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2mg + Sodium Citrate 60mg + Ammonium Chloride 120mg + menthol 1mg per 5ml suspension

·         PCM is a mild analgesic and antipyretic recommended for the treatment of most painful and febrile conditions.

·         Phenylephrine is used to relieve nasal discomfort caused by cold, allergies and hay fever. It relieves sinus, congestion and pressure

·         Sodium Citrate is a mucolytic agent that works by thinning and loosening phlegm in the lungs, windpipe and nose.

·         Menthol is a cooling agent that produces a cooling sensation and provides relief from minor throat irritation.

·         Ammonium Chloride is used in the treatment of cough and mucus. It works by decreasing the stickiness of mucus (phlegm)and helps in its removal from the airways.

Indications:-

Þ    Relief in nasal and sinus congestion

Þ    Relief in allergic pain symptoms of nose or throat due to upper respiratory tract infections.

Þ    Relief of sinus pain and headache

Þ    Adjunct with antibacterial in sinusitis, tonsillitis and otitis media.
