Þ    Composition-

• Each ml contains
• Ambroxol Hydrochloride IP 7.5mg
• Levosalbutamol Sulphate IP
• (Eq. to Levosalbutamol) 0.25mg
• Guaiphenesin IP 12.5mg
• (Mentholated flavour base)

Þ    Ingredient Usage-

•         Ambroxol Hydrochloride is an aromatic amine. A metabolite of Bromhexine that stimulates mucociliary actions and cleans the air passage in the case of respiratory obstruction.
•          Levosalbutamol Sulphate relaxes the smooth muscles of all airways, from the trachea to the terminal bronchioles. It acts as a functional agonist that relaxes the airways irrespective of the spasmogen involved.
•          Guaiphenesin as an expectorant increases the volume and reduces the viscosity of the secretions in the trachea and bronchi. It aids in the ciliary movement to carry the loosened secretions upwards towards the pharynx

·         Cough with mucus

·         Loosening phlegm (mucus) in the lungs, windpipe and nose.

·         Relief from cough.
