COMPOSITION:

Clobetasol Propionate 0.05% w/w

Salicylic Acid 6.5% w/w

In an Emollient Ointment Base Containing

Propylene Glycol

Preservatives:

Methylparaben 0.20% w/w

Propylparaben 0.02% w/w

DESCRIPTION:

·       Clobetasol works by decreasing inflammation of the skin. It belongs to the group of medicines called topical steroids.

·       Salicylic Acid is a keratolytic. It belongs to the same class of drugs as aspirin (salicylate). It works by increasing the amount of moisture in the skin and dissolving the substance that causes the skin cells to stick together. This makes it easier to shed the skin cells.

INDICATIONS:

Þ    Treats redness, swelling, itching and discomfort of various skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis.
